"They are fast, and they keep you updated on whats going on with your vehicle. There were a couple of other repairs that needed to be made at the time, so they did charge me for those, but they are also willing to set up a payment plan for it to make it easier on you. After they told me about that, they found something else that needed to be repaired, but went ahead and covered that for me which I thought was really nice of them.
My only big complaint lies within the quality of work.
I went in for three things at the time. Tires, brakes, and radiator.
Tires are great, brakes are great, but the radiator still has a pretty severe problem which has the potential to ruin the car itself. I've noticed white steam coming up from under my hood when driving home, and that the overflow is 2-3 inches over the "full" line. When I looked under the radiator cap, there was no coolant in there... So, I can assume a lot of things, but I also understand that we are all human, and that we can forget, or make simple mistakes. Either the cap is no good, or there is another problem. I have nothing to siphon the extra coolant out, and I dont think i should be adding extra to the radiator at this time.
I believe i paid $770.20 for the radiator assembly alone, only to not have it working the way it should.
I hope we can work through this."
